Patissier Toshihiko Yoroizuka examines! Event holding that let lecture dock with amateur cake contestPart 1 of "cooking festival" reaching the third in this year "amateur baked confectionery, steamed cake contest."
In the sweets industry, specialist in sweets including owner chef, Toshihiko Yoroizuka of "ToshiYoroizuka" showing multi-talent acts as judge. Visitors try sweets which the participants who passed prejudging cooks, too and can vote.
In Part 2, please give a lecture to Yoroizuka by activity in the industry and charm of sweets.
Furthermore, exhibitions such as business trip sale, kitchen utensil of bread with local store are held at the same time, too.
In the last contest, we made local store and collaboration in participation work, and there was cake which we commercialized for a limited time.
Please thoroughly enjoy destination and lecture of grand prix "Toshi Yoroizuka" prize while eating sweets.

[profile] 1965, Uji-shi, Kyoto birth. Representative Director sanserite which it is owner chef of "ToshiYoroizuka" setting up store in Ebisu and Tokyo midtown, Hachimanyama atelier, and runs a series of "ToshiYoroizuka" including the store brand. We show talent in various fields of the sweets industry.
※It is two copies of constitution of contest and lecture including sampling and commendation ceremony.

※At this event, there is sampling of work by amateur dishes lover. They are careful about hygiene sides enough, but poor physical condition and worried including food allergy would appreciate your participation by your judgment.
